Kitty Party Pool & Rotation Planner Frequently Asked Questions
How does a kitty party pool work?
Each member puts in the same amount every month and one member takes the whole pool. After as many months as there are members, everyone has had one turn and got back what they paid in.
How much is the kitty payout for 12 members at $100?
The pool is $1,200 a month. If 10% goes to the host's food fund, each turn pays $1,080 and the host gets $120 (about $10 per guest).
How is the kitty turn order decided?
Most groups draw chits at the first meet. Some let members swap turns by mutual agreement. Write the order down so there are no disputes.
